Sarasota Gay Beach
North Lido was once famous for its acceptance of nude sunbathers, but this is no longer the case. However, the quiet, northern reaches of the key are popular with Sarasota's gay community. There are quite a few dunes covered with sea oats and other beach vegetation that provide cover for those wishing to remain discreet. When visiting Sarasota gay beach don't forget to check-in on facebook and use #sarasotaOUT
There is limited parking around St Armands Circle, along Benjamin Franklin Drive, or at 1-85 John Ringling Blvd Parking depending on the day and time. We recommend taking Uber, Lyft or Gotcha to the 1-85 John Ringling Blvd Parking lot. Use the first beach access on John Ringling Blvd at 1-85 John Ringling Blvd Parking, then follow the beach to the right for 2000 ft.
