League of Our OwnSarasota's LGBT bowling league increased by 200%
The League of Our Own bowling team was formed in 2012 as an LGBTQ bowling league that gathers for both sport and charity. A portion of proceeds from raffles and league events are donated to local LGBT charities. In 2019, A League of Our Own utilized SarasotaOUT.com's calendar to list registration and events and in result, the league doubled in size and expanded to a second night. This has resulted in more networking, more fun, more bowling, and more money for local charities. Listing events on our calendar works! |
